Actress Vanitha alleges assault after property spat with dad
Vanitha told media persons that her father had assaulted her while trying to force her out of a house he had rented out to her.

Tamil actress Vanitha has come up with serious allegations against her father and actor Vijayakumar. The actress told media persons that her father had assaulted her while trying to force her out of  a house he had rented out to her

Meanwhile Vijayakumar has filed a police compliant stating that his daughter did not move out of his house even after the period of tenure ended. Vanitha says that she has equal rights over the property and thus she would move out only when she desires.

It is reported that the police have not yet registered a case. Instead, they have intervened to hold reconciliatory talks between the two parties and solve the issue as soon as possible. The police, however, evicted Vanitha from the rented house, and took into custody the actress’s eight friends who were with her at the house.

Vanitha accused Vijayakumar of assaulting her and friends using his influence over police personnel. She alleged that her father had hired goons to physically attack her. “The kind of cruelty that my father did to me is something that is not even seen in the movies. He has been building a phony image by playing virtuous roles in films and serials. He used his goons to physically attack me and threw me out of the house. I have no idea what to do. I did not demand a share in his property. He assaulted me just because I stayed at his house,” Vanitha claimed.

The actress claimed that she finds it extremely difficult to find rented homes because of her profession. She told the media that she didn’t know whom to turn to as the police itself was conspiring with Vijayakumar against her.
