Sri Reddy, the aspiring Tollywood actress, who has unleashed a tirade against casting couches in Tollywood and even stripped herself in full public and media glare at the upscale Jubilee Hills in Hyderabad recently to protest against those who sexually exploited her by giving false promise of roles in movies, however, shared has a happy news to share with her well-wishers.

She, in her Facebook post, said she was offered a role by none other than well-known choreographer-turned-director Raghava Lawrence in his next film. He even gave her an advance amount, which she said, she would donate to the Titli Cyclone victims in Srikakulam in Andhra Pradesh.

Sri Reddy said she had signed the film at Lawrence’ residence in Chennai and added that she would play a key role in the film.

“Good news for all of my friends that I met Lawrence garu at his home. He received me in a very nice way. I saw many kids over there. They are really happy with him. They prayed for me. I gave an audition, he took me into his next film. He promised me and confirmed a good role. Got an advance too… I am sharing this amount to Srikakulam people who suffered by cyclone,” Sri Reddy wrote on her Facebook page.

Sri Reddy who was literally alienated by the Telugu glamour industry due to her allegations of sexual abuse and cheating by Tollywood bigwigs, has reportedly shifted her residence to Chennai recently. Sri Reddy was a subject of ridicule in Tollywood for her scathing attack on several eminent personalities in Telugu film industry.
