Ram Charan’s Rangasthalam all set to hit Kerala screens

Ram Charan is one of the most sought-after Telugu actors of the present generation. The Tollywood star has also got a huge fan following across south India.

His latest film Rangasthalam, released early this year, was a runaway hit collecting a mind boggling Rs 165 crore in just a couple of weeks.

After its box office success, the filmmakers decided to dub the film in four other Indian languages. Rangasthalam's Malayalam version is ready for November release, according sources.

The movie, also starring Samantha Akkineni, Jagapathi Babu and Prakash Raj, was the third highest grossing Telugu movie of all the time. Now, as the film is ready to hit screens in Kerala, expectations are zooming for RDI Illumination, the distributors of the movie in Kerala. .

Since the film is set in a rural backdrop and Ram Charan is playing a partially deaf and happy-go-lucky villager, Kerala audience are expected to receive the film wholeheartedly, according to the filmmakers.

The period drama directed by Sukumar got an overwhelming response across the globe and for the same reason, the makers wanted to dub it in as many languages as possible to repeat the box office magic.

Ram Charan is acting as Chitti Babu, whose life takes a turn while trying to save his brother’s life. Samantha Akkineni and Anasuya Bharadwaj has also come out with stellar performances. With adequate ingredients for box office success, Rangasthalam is all set entertain Malayali audiences.
