Munnar: Actress Jayasree Sivadas (20) on Sunday met with a minor accident here.
An autorickshaw hit the young actor from behind as she was entering her car, police said.
Jayasree has been admitted to a private hospital in Kochi and is undergoing treatment.
She donned the role of heroine in the movie '1948 Kaalam Paranjath' and 'Nithyaharithanayakan'. She also played a pivotal role in 2016 flick 'Action Hero Biju' starring Nivin Pauly in the lead.
In 2007, she won the Kerala State Film Award for Best Child Artist for the movie Oridathoru Puzhayundu directed by Kalavoor Ravikumar.
