Malayalam actor Sunny Wayne got married to Renjini on Wednesday morning at Guruvayur.
The traditional wedding ceremony was held at 6 am in the presence of friends and family. Renjini hails from Kozhikode and is a dancer by profession. Many from the industry including actor Aju Varghese congratulated the actor on his big day and shared the wedding snaps on social media.
A reception will be held in Kochi on Wednesday evening and leading celebrities from the industry are expected to arrive.
Sunny Wayne, whose real name is Sujith Unnikrishnan, made his acting debut in 'Second Show' (2012) starring Dulquer Salmaan in the lead.
He appeared in 'Neelakasham Pachakadal Chuvanna Bhoomi' directed by Sameer Thahir and went on to portray the character Satan Xavier in the film 'Aadu' directed by Midhun Manuel Thomas which gave him his big break.
He played the lead role in a couple of movies including 'Annmariya Kalippilannu' (2016) and 'Pokkiri Simon' (2017).
His last film release was 'Kayamkulam Kochunni' and 'French Viplavam' in which he played the antagonist and lead hero respectively. He also appeared in a camero role in Rajisha Vijayan starrer 'June'. Currently, he is awaiting the release of 'Zam Zam', the remake of Kangana Ranaut's 'Queen'. In Malayalam, the film stars Manjima Mohan in the lead.
Sunny Wayne is all set to make his debut in Kollywood. He has been signed up by director Raju Murugan. Titled as 'Gypsy', the film will star Jiiva in the lead role.
Earlier, in an exclusive interview with Onmanorama, Sunny told that the offer from Kollywood was indeed a surprise for him. "Although many offers had come my way earlier, nothing happened. So this was the right call at the right time. And being with such a director I didn't need to think twice. The film will release by next January."
