Tamil director AL Vijay is all set to get hitched and we reported that the bride-to-be is from a non-filmy background.
Later, he officially happened to announce his marriage to Dr R Aishwarya in a note to the press.
Sharing the photo of the finace, Vijay revealed that it’s an arranged marriage and will be held as a private ceremony in July.
“Just like everyone, my life travelled through different stages involving success, failure, joy and pain. But what stood by me through all such occasions is the strong support from the press media,” Vijay wrote, adding that the media had respected his privacy at the time of grief and that’s why he thought it was important to share the news of a new beginning with his well-wishers first.
“I am happy to announce my marriage with Dr R Aishwarya and it is going to be a private ceremony which will be held in July 2019. With all your love and blessings, am embarking on a new chapter in my life!” the director wrote.
AL Vijay was earlier married to actor Amala Paul but the couple got divorced in 2017.
