Actors Poornima and Indrajith have once again taken the initiative to lead in collecting relief materials from different parts of the State.
The state especially northern Kerala is in need and team Anbodu Kochi have sprang into action yet again.
Talking to Manorama News, actor Indrajith said, “Many parts of Kannur and Waynad are worst affected areas and they are in dire need of many basic things. We overcame the situation last year and this year too we it's our responsibility to reach out to the needy.”
Both Indrajith and his wife Poornima were actively involved at the collection drive held in Kochi since Sunday at Regional Sports Centre, Kadavanthara.
Last year too the actors were seen reaching out with volunteering works with their two kids.
On work front, the duo were recently seen in the movie 'Virus' directed by Aashiq Abu, based on the Nipah outbreak. Indrajith and Poornima will be seen together in the upcoming movie Thuramakam helmed by Rajeev Ravi.
