Vishal and Anisha, the daughter of a well-known businessman based in Hyderabad, got engaged on March 16 this year. It was speculated that the couple would get married in a grand ceremony in October.

Anisha, who is a basketball player, has also acted in the superhit Vijay Devarakonda movie 'Arjun Reddy'.

Vishal and Anisha reportedly met each other for the first time on the sets of a movie. Soon they confessed their love for each other. It was Anisha who dropped a hint about their relationship by sharing a few pictures on her social media page.

Earlier, rumours were rife that Vishal was in a relationship with actress Varalaxmi. However, both of them have constantly dismissed reports in this regard. Both the stars had been in the gossip columns for many years, before Vishal announced his engagement with Anisha.

It was also reported that Varalaxmi too was all set to get hitched. However, the actress had reacted to such rumours in a rather harsh manner. “Some useless people looking for news have come up with rumours of me getting married again. I am not getting married. I’m here to stay… So dear losers better luck next time… I know who u r,” Varalaxmi had wrote on Twitter with the hash tag #cantbringmedown
