Megastar Mammootty turns a year older on Sepetember 7 and birthday wishes from fans have been pouring in on social media. As a birthday gift to the actor, the makers of Ganagandharvan released the trailer of the movie online.
The over 2-minute long video introduces Mammootty as the ganamela singer named Ullas. Aspiring to be a big singer one day, he gets into a police case which thereby takes a turn in his life. Going by his looks and mannerisms, one can't help but adore the actor in him.
While debutant Vanditha plays the female lead, the film also has Manoj K Jayan, Dharmajan, Suresh Krishna, Ashokan, Innocent and Mukesh. Looks like the film will have some thriller moments as well apart from the comical sequences. The film is scripted by Ramesh Pisharody and Hari P Nair.
While Deepak Dev composed the music, Alagappan has helmed the cinematography and Lijo John Paul has edited the flick. The film is bankrolled by Ramesh and ICHAIS Productions.
Ramesh Pisharody made his debut as director with the Malayalam film Panchavarnathatha starring Jayaram in the lead.
