The phenomenal success of the Malayalm superhero movie 'Minnal Murali' has by far eclipsed all the other movie events the region.
Tovino Thomas, who played the titular role in the movie and director Basil Joseph were in Dubai during the release of the movie.
The trailer of movie was displayed on the Ferris wheel named Ain Dubai, as part of Netflix' dynamic promotional events.
Tovino has shared a video shot on the day of the movie release capturing the moments when he was getting ready for the promotional event.

He is next joined by Basil in a car which takes them to the venue of the event. In the car, the two chat about how the talks about the film began years ago. Tovino also reveals how Basil was overwhelmed by the response their movie received and wept by the side of the stage wearing a coat.
The video futher shows them watching the trailer of the movie being displayed on Ain Dubai and cheering at the display of each visual.
