Krishna Kumar visits Kumbh Mela, takes dip in Triveni Sangham

Actor – politician Krishna Kumar who attended the Maha Kumbh Mela shared a note on his experience visiting the holy event which takes place once in every 144 years. The actor also posted a couple of pictures of him taking a holy dip in the revered river on his social media handle.
“Namaskaram brothers and sisters, I am extremely delighted that I could attend the rare event of Maha Kumb Mela that takes place only once in 144 years in Prayagraj. The Maha Kumb Mela is held at the Triveni Sangham where the holy rivers Ganga, Yamuna and Saraswati at Prayagraj. Around 30 million devotees took a holy dip at the Triveni Sangham on the day of Makar Sankranti.
This year, more than 40 million devotees are expected to attend the Maha Kumb Mela. The authorities have made all the arrangements to accommodate them. High level security has been ensured to avert any accidents or untoward incidents at the place which is visited by millions of commoners, foreigners and VIPs. The Modi – Yogi government deserves all the credit for arranging such fabulous facilities and security at Prayagraj,” wrote Krishna Kumar.
