'Hridayapoorvam', starring Mohanlal in the lead role, is one of the most-awaited Malayalam films of the year. Putting an end to speculations surrounding its release, Mohanlal has now confirmed that the film will hit theatres on August 28, 2025, as an Onam release.

The actor shared the news along with a quirky new poster featuring him and his 'Hridayapoorvam' co-star Sangeeth Prathap. The film is set to be Mohanlal's next major release following the success of 'Thudarum' and 'Empuraan'.

Mohanlal was recently seen in a cameo role in the Telugu film 'Kannappa', which starred Vishnu Manchu in the lead.
In 'Hridayapoorvam', Malavika Mohanan plays the female lead, and the supporting cast includes Sangita Madhavan Nair, Siddique, Baburaj, Lalu Alex, and Janardhanan.
