The first-look poster of Vineeth Sreenivasan’s latest directorial has been unveiled. The film, titled ‘Karam’, stars Noble Babu Thomas in the lead and is hinted to be an action thriller. Vineeth had earlier mentioned that this new project would be very different from anything he has done before.

Noble Babu Thomas, who has previously played lead roles in ‘Helen’ and ‘Phillips’, appears in the poster speeding on a bike with a gun in hand. Filming for ‘Karam’ has been completed, and post-production work is currently in progress. The trailer is expected to release next month, with the film slated to hit theatres on September 25.

This film also marks another collaboration between Vineeth Sreenivasan and producer Vishakh Subramaniam after ‘Hridayam’ and ‘Varshangalkku Shesham’.
Interestingly, the update about ‘Karam’ was shared on the day Vineeth’s debut directorial ‘Malarvaadi Arts Club’ completed 15 years. The film, produced by Dileep, was released on June 16, 2010.
Back in 1955, Maryland released ‘CID’, regarded as the first crime thriller in Malayalam cinema. Now, 70 years later, Maryland returns with another thriller—‘Karam’.
