The new poster for the much-anticipated big-budget film 'Ananthan Kaadu', written by acclaimed Malayalam screenwriter Murali Gopy, has just been unveiled. The poster features veteran actor Vijayaraghavan in a powerful political avatar, and comes right on the heels of his National Film Award win for 'Pookkaalam'. It also doubles as a warm congratulatory gesture from the film’s team to the actor.

Directed by Jiyen Krishnakumar, best known for 'Tiyaan', the film is set against the political and cultural backdrop of Thiruvananthapuram. A pan-Indian project, 'Ananthan Kaadu' is being made in both Malayalam and Tamil, with Arya headlining the cast. The supporting lineup features some of the finest actors from across industries. After a teaser that sparked curiosity online and a first-look poster that was widely appreciated, this new poster sets the tone for what’s shaping up to be a grand, layered cinematic experience.
