The weekend is here and so are some of the latest releases. We bring you a list of films and series that are streaming on various OTT platforms.
Parandhu Po (Tamil)
Grace Antony and Shiva lead this feel-good Tamil musical comedy about a father and his young son who set off on a road trip, hoping to take a break from the noise of city life. Along the way, they cross paths with strangers, hear new stories, and slowly begin to see the world—and each other—in a different light.
Streaming on JioHotstar from August 5.
Nadikar (Malayalam)
After months of uncertainty, ‘Nadikar’, starring Tovino Thomas, is finally making its way to OTT. Directed by Lal Jr. and written by Suvin Somasekharan, the film follows the life of a fading superstar and blends satire with emotional beats.
The cast includes Divya Pillai, Bhavana, Soubin Shahir, Balu Varghese, Suresh Krishna, and Anoop Menon, with special appearances by Dhyan Sreenivasan, Shine Tom Chacko, and Ganapathy.

Maaman (Tamil)
‘Maaman’ is an emotional Tamil family drama that centres on Inba, a newlywed whose deep attachment to his playful nephew, Laddu, begins to create friction in his relationship with his wife, Rekha. As tensions rise, the film gently unpacks the complexities of love, loyalty, and growing up. Starring Soori, Rajkiran, Aishwarya Lekshmi, and Swasika, the film brings together a strong ensemble cast.

Oho Enthan Baby (Tamil)
‘Oho Enthan Baby’ is a romantic drama that follows an aspiring filmmaker who channels his heartbreak into a script, hoping to find closure through storytelling. But as the lines between reel and real begin to blur, he’s forced to rethink not just the ending of his film—but the truth about his own love story. The film stars Rudra, Vishnu Vishal, and Mithila Palkar.
