The much-anticipated Malayalam film 'Kummattikali,' featuring Madhav Suresh in the lead role, is set to release on YouTube on August 14. Viewers can watch the film for free on the official YouTube channel of Super Good Films. Super Good Films, a production house known for bankrolling numerous blockbusters, is helmed by veteran producer R B Choudary—father of popular Tamil actor Jiiva.

Announcing the release on social media, Jiiva wrote on Facebook: “For the first time ever – the Malayalam new movie ‘Kummattikali’ goes live on August 14th absolutely free. From the house of blockbusters. Super Good Films and producer Mr R B Choudary bring you this cultural spectacle like never before.”

'Kummattikali' marks the Malayalam debut of director Vincent Selva, who is known for his successful Tamil films with stars like Silambarasan (Chimbu) and Vijay. The filmmaker revealed that he was inspired by Bharathan’s iconic Malayalam film Amaram when creating 'Kummattikali.' The ensemble cast includes Lena, Devika Satheesh, Yami, Anuprabha, Mime Gopi, Azeez Nedumangad, Dinesh Alleppey, Sohan Lal, Alwin Antony Jr., Sinoj Angamaly, Dhananjay Premjith, Midhun Prakash, Aneesh Gopal, and Rashik Gopal, alongside a few Tamil and Kannada actors.

The screenplay is written by R. K. Vincent Selva, with cinematography by Venkitesh V. The songs are composed by Jackson Vijayan, with lyrics by Saju S. The film is edited by Antony, while action sequences are choreographed by Phoenix Prabu. Amritha Mohan serves as the production controller, and Sajith Krishna is the project designer.
