Bollywood star Alia Bhatt has showered praise on ‘Lokah’, describing the film as both refreshing and unique. Taking to Instagram Stories, she shared her admiration for the way the film blends genres.

Directed by Dominic Arun and led by Kalyani Priyadarshan, ‘Lokah’ has been rewriting box office records in Malayalam cinema. Within just seven days of release, the film stormed into the Rs 100-crore club, becoming the third-fastest Malayalam film to achieve the feat and the twelfth overall to cross the milestone.

Serving as the first chapter of a planned cinematic universe, the film introduces a superhero narrative rooted in Kerala’s cultural folklore.
