Actress Kajal Aggarwal has firmly denied false rumours circulating online about her involvement in a fatal road accident. Taking to X, the actress reassured her fans and followers that she is safe, healthy, and very much alive.

The rumours began circulating with claims that Kajal had been involved in a serious road accident and was critically injured. These were soon followed by baseless reports suggesting she had passed away. The situation escalated when a fake video surfaced online, falsely alleging that the actress's body was being transported in an ambulance after a road accident abroad.

The viral nature of the hoax prompted Kajal to address the matter directly. In a calm yet assertive Instagram story, she wrote: “I’ve come across some baseless news claiming I was in an accident (and no longer around!) and honestly, it’s quite amusing because it’s absolutely untrue. By the grace of God, I want to assure you all that I am perfectly fine, safe, and doing very well. I kindly request you not to believe or circulate such false news. Let’s focus our energies on positivity and truth instead.”

Despite the wide circulation of the false claims, no credible sources or official statements from the actress’s team confirmed the rumours. The viral video, too, lacked any legitimate evidence and appeared to be a deliberate attempt to mislead the public.
