Raavanaprabhu re-release: Mohanlal’s blockbuster returns to theatres tomorrow

Raavanaprabhu is all set to make a grand comeback, thrilling fans and taking over theatres once again. The Mohanlal-starrer is being re-released in stunning 4K Atmos from October 10.
Advance booking for the film has already begun, and it has received a record-breaking response within the first few hours. A total of 10.43K tickets were sold in just a few hours, and the number is expected to rise further.
Released in 2001, Raavanaprabhu marked Ranjith’s directorial debut and served as the sequel to the cult classic Devasuram. Mohanlal appeared in dual roles as Mangalassery Neelakandan and his son Karthikeyan. The film also features the iconic characters Mundackal Shekharan, played by Napoleon, and Warrier, portrayed by Innocent.
Produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas, the film is being re-released in 4K Atmos by Matinee Now.
