Makarand Desai joins cast of ‘Vavvaal’ featuring Abhimanyu Singh

The makers of ‘Vavval’ directed by Shahmon B Parelil have shared an interesting update about the film, which also features ‘Empuraan’ fame Abhimanyu Singh. Interestingly, Makarand Desai, who is one of the finest performers in India, will be the second Bollywood actor after Abhimanyu to join the cast of the movie, which is bankrolled by On Demands.

Malayali moviegoers are familiar with Makarand, who essayed notable roles in blockbusters like ‘Amen,’ ‘Two Countries,’ ‘Pulimurukan’ and ‘Voice of Sathyanathan.’

The actor who is quite active in multiple industries, reportedly plays a mind-blowing character with multiple shades. The details of other characters in ‘Vavval’, which is the second movie written and directed by Shahmon, who also helmed ‘Kenkemam’ will be revealed in the coming days.

The camera is cranked by Manoj MJ while Joseph Nellikkkal is the production designer of the mystery  thriller.. Faisal P Shahmon is the editor, while Johnson Peter will compose the music for the movie. Anil Mathew is the film’s production controller, while the costumes are by Bhaktan Mangad and makeup is by Santhosh Venpakal.
Knockout Nanda has choreographed the thrilling action sequences in Vavval. Ashiq Diljith is the chief associate while Satheesh Eriyalath is the PRO.Vavval will go on floors by next month.
