Megastar Mammootty who recently wrapped up the London schedule of the Mahesh Narayanan film ‘Patriot’ is all set to join forces with ‘Marco’ producer Shareef Muhammed in an exciting new venture. The makers announced the project on social media with a picture of Mammootty, generating excitement among fans. Insiders suggest that Mammootty will be seen in a character unlike anything he has portrayed before, promising a fresh and intriguing on-screen persona.

Shareef’s banner Cubes Entertainment is currently busy filming ‘Kattalan’ featuring Antony Varghese in the lead. The banner had previously produced the blockbuster film ‘Marco’ headlined by Unni Mukundan. Though they are planning a sequel, Unni had clarified that he is not returning to the projec.t Meanwhile, Mammootty, who had taken a hiatus of several months, is making his onscreen return with films like ‘Kalamkaval’, which will feature him in a villainous role. As per the teaser, Mammootty plays a serial killer while Vinayakan, a cop, who is trying to hunt him down.
