Actor Parvathy Thiruvothu, who was last seen in ‘Ullozhukku’ in Mollywood, is all set to play the lead in filmmaker Don Palathara’s next film. The yet-to-be-titled film will also feature Dileesh Pothan in the lead role. Parvathy herself shared the update about the film in her Instagram handle. “Stepping into a world created by Don Palathara with none other than my favourite Dileesh Pothan. Can’t Wait!” read Parvathy’s Instagram post.

Besides Parvathy and Dileesh, Rajesh Madhavan and Arjun Radhakrishnan also play pivotal roles in the movie. The shoot of the film which is bankrolled by Jomon Jacob, will begin by November-end. Alex Joseph who had cranked the camera for Don’s previous movie ‘1956 Madya Thiruvathamkoor’ (1956, Central Travancore) will handle the cinematography of the new film.

This will be Don’s latest outing as a writer and director after the critically-acclaimed ‘Family’ that hit theatres in 2023. Sathish Eriyalath is the film’s PRO. Interestingly, Parvathy is collaborating with Bollywood actor Hrithik Roshan on a new Prime Video thriller series titled ‘The Storm’.
