Additionally, 'Bheeshmar' is the second collaboration between East Coast Vijayan and Vishnu Unnikrishnan, following the success of their previous film ‘Kallanum Bhagavathyum.’

Divya Pillai stars as the female lead, supported by two newcomers. The ensemble cast also includes Indrans, Unni Lalu, Shaju Sreedhar, Akhil Kavalayoor, Senthil Krishna, Jibin Gopinath, Vineeth Thattil, Santhosh Keezhattoor, Binu Thrikkakara, Manikandan Achari, Abu Salim, Jayan Cherthala, Sohan Seenulal, Vishnu Groovy, Sreeraj, and Shiny Vijayan.

‘Bheeshmar’ is the eighth film produced under the banner of East Coast Communications Private Limited. The story has been written by Ansaj Gopi, with Ratheesh Ram handling cinematography and Johnkutty overseeing the editing. The music features four tracks composed by Ranjin Raj and K A Latheef, with lyrics by Harinarayanan B K, Santhosh Varma, and O M Karuvarakundu.
