Nivin Pauly and Mamitha Baiju join forces with ‘Premalu’ team for ‘Bethlehem Kudumba Unit’

Actor Nivin Pauly who is basking in the success of Akhil Satyan’s movie ‘Sarvam Maya’ has signed up for his next with the team behind the hit rom-com ‘Premalu’. The film titled ‘Bethlehem Kudumba Unit’, is directed by Girish AD, known for his superhit movies like ‘Thaneermathan Dinangal,’ ‘Super Saranya,’ and ‘Premalu.’ Mamitha Baiju plays the female lead in this Girish AD directorial, with Sangeeth Prathap also appearing in a prominent role.

The film’s pooja ceremony was attended by several notable personalities from the Malayalam film industry. Mamitha is reuniting with the makers of ‘Premalu’ for the second time, and this marks her return to Malayalam cinema after a brief hiatus. Recently, she was seen starring opposite leading South Indian actors including Vijay, Dhanush, Suriya, and Pradeep Ranganathan.

There is a lot of anticipation around ‘Bethlehem Kudumba Unit’ with Nivin Pauly returning to his strong zone through ‘Sarvam Maya’, and Girish A D acclaimed for his success in romantic comedies. A romantic comedy, the film is produced under the banner of Bhavana Studios by Dileesh Pothan, Fahadh Faasil, and Syam Pushkaran. ‘Bethlehem Kudumba Unit’ is the sixth production from Bhavana Studios following ‘Premalu’. The screenplay is jointly written by Girish A D and Kiran Josey. The cast also includes Suresh Krishna, Bindu Panicker, Vinay Fort, Roshan Shanavas, Shyam Mohan, Shameer Khan, and Srinda.
