In Bihar, people walk all the way from Sultanganj to Deoghar in Jharkhand during the month of Shravan (Saavan), offering prayers to Lord Shiva. While devotees go and worship the deity, Lalu Prasad Yadav's son had his own style.
Lalu Prasad Yadav's elder son, Tej Pratap Yadav, was dressed up as Lord Shiva to offer prayers at a temple in Patna on Tuesday.
To perfect Lord Shiva's look, Tej Pratap wrapped up himself in a white dhoti and a fabric with tiger skin-like look on his waist. Tej Pratap also applied ash on his hands, forehead and chest and was also wearing a traditional Hindu rosary (rudraskh) around his neck.
And since then, social media has been mentioning him as 'the best actor of all times.'
Well, his obsession with God's is nothing new. During his wedding in 2018, his fans printed a poster with Tej Pratap and his (now-ex) wife Aishwarya Rai as Shiva and Parvati.
His stint with acting is also familiar to many. Tej Pratap was health minister of Bihar when he first appeared on the silver screen. In the 2016 film, he starred as chief minister - a role his critics believe he has very little chance of scooping in real life if pitted against his more politically savvy brother.
Last year, he had tweeted a teaser poster of his upcoming movie 'Rudra - The Avtar'. The movie marks Tej Pratap's debut into Hindi films after a Bhojpuri film.
Coincidentally, Tej Pratap’s father had also done a cameo in a Hindi film, Padamshree Lalu Prasad Yadav, which released almost a decade back. The film starred Suniel Shetty and Johnny Lever but failed to perform well at the box office.
