Anirudh Ravichander and Kavya Maran reportedly in a relationship, wedding on the cards

Popular South Indian music composer Anirudh Ravichander is reportedly planning to tie the knot with Kavya Maran, the daughter of Sun Group chairman Kalanithi Maran. Though there has been no official confirmation from either party, speculation about their relationship has gone viral online.

The rumours gained traction after a post on Reddit claimed that Anirudh and Kavya have been in a relationship for over a year and are now preparing for marriage. According to the post, the wedding preparations may already be underway.

Adding to the buzz, the post also mentioned that superstar Rajinikanth has personally spoken to Kalanithi Maran about the relationship, fuelling speculation that the families have given their approval and that a wedding could be on the horizon.

Kavya, said to be 33, is involved with the Sunrisers Hyderabad IPL franchise, owned by her family. She completed her B.Com at Stella Maris College in Chennai, followed by an MBA from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
