'Aanandam' director gets rave reviews for music video

Ganesh Raj is best known for his debut directorial movie 'Aanandam' (2016), but few people know that he has also directed numerous music videos.

In 2017, his music video 'Fight' for the band 'When Chai Met Toast' became one of the top-ten best music videos of the year. Now, the director is receiving rave reviews for his latest music video 'Rahguzar' featuring comedian and YouTube sensation Bhuvan Bam. It is produced by MadGenius Productions, a premium visual storytelling company founded by Raj.

Rahguzar was released on August 29 at 5 pm and became an instant sensation raking up 5,00,000 views, 168,000 likes and 27,000 comments in just 3 hours.

BB Ki Vines, a YouTube channel by Bam is the biggest YouTube Channel in India, boasting a whopping 9.4 million subscribers. He rose to fame by uploading comedy sketches where he plays four to five characters simultaneously, successfully keeping his youthful audience engrossed. He is also a singer, a composer and a lyricist with numerous hit songs in his arsenal.

Earlier, Raj's 'Raave Nilaave', the Malayalam music video, had fetched him many awards. Its Santhosh Varma lyrics were set to music by Jerry Amaldev.
