Watch: Dulquer Salmaan, Gregory sing 'Unnimaya' song

The 'Unnimaya' song from Maniyarayile Ashokan has been released and the short video on YouTube has Dulquer Salmaan singing in a studio with Jacob Gregory. The duo had earlier collaborated in many films.

The song 'Unnimaya' is for a film called Maniyarayile Ashokan in which Gregory plays the lead role of Ashokan which is produced by Dulquer.

The song, which says Unnimaya is like the sugar in tea, the coconut in the tree and the tar on the road has been penned by Shihas Ammedkoya. The music is composed by Sreehari K Nair.

Though we are told about the mysterious 'Unnimaya', the song ends with the appearance of a woman without showing her face.

However, it's been earlier revealed that Anupama Parameswaran is playing the female lead.

The film is directed by Shamzu Zayba and scripted by Vineeth Krishnan.

Dulquer has sung quite a few songs for Malayalam films, including the 'Johny mone' song for ABCD in which he and Gregory had earlier collaborated. Other popular songs he has sung are ‘Chundaripenne’ for Charlie, ‘Vaanam Thilathilakkanu’ for CIA, and ‘Ormakal’ for Parava.
