Dr Biju Damodaran, who is known for directing award-winning feature films 'Veettilekkulla Vazhi', 'Perariyathavar' and 'Valiya Chirakulla Pakshikal' has roped in music composer Ricky Kej for his upcoming film 'Adrishya Jalakangal'.

The director made the announcement on World Music Day on Tuesday. “On the occasion of WorldMusicDay, we are elated to announce that two times Grammy Award Winner, Ricky Kej will be composing the music for AdrishyaJalakangal,” he wrote on his Instagram handle.

Ricky Khej, a US-born Indian musician is known for his international collaborations and music promoting environmental sustainability. Though he has composed music for Kannada movies, this is his first collaboration in Mollywood.

'Adhrishya Jalakangal' is a feature film which will depict war as a man-made disaster. The movie will explore society's struggles for existence, love, peace, justice, relations, and sanity through its character, the press release said.
