Recently, Avantika, popularly known as Pappu, was in the news after her father and actor Bala posted that Amrutha did not allow his daughter to attend the premier show of 'Shafeekkinte Santhosham' with him. He also lashed out against music composer Gopi Sundar alleging that he was playing a dirty game.
Bala and Amrutha divorced in 2019. The actor has often alleged that Amrutha prevented her daughter from seeing him. However, recently, Amrutha maintained that Pappu was not interested in meeting her father.
