'Chitrapurnima', the musical night organised jointly by Malayalam Manorama and Federal Bank on the occasion of singer K S Chithra's 60th birthday, will be telecast today, on Thiruvonam day.

The music festival was held at Rajagiri Auditorium at Kakkanad on August 19. Thousands of people came to listen to Malayalam's Nightingale.

Ace film director Sathyan Anthikad, actor Manju Warrier, music director Bijibal and other celebrities from the film world were present at the event.

Music composer Sarath, singers Madhu Balakrishnan, Shweta Mohan, Manjari, Afzal Ismail, Rajalakshmi, K S Harishankar, Ralphine Stephen, Nithya Mamman and K K Nishad rendered their talent to make it a memorable night for the audience.
