Deviled eggs

It takes very little effort to make perfect deviled eggs. You can make them memorable by experimenting with the yoke-mixing. In some parts, people even try pickles instead of paprika. This magic dish is an all-rounder that can be served as a starter, snack and picnic food.

Ingredients
6 eggs
4 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp yellow mustard2 tsp pepper powder

2 tsp paprika
Salt as required

Preparation
Hard boil the eggs and peel them
Slice each egg into two lengthwise
Remove the yoke
Add mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard and salt with the yoke and mash well
Transfer this mixture into a piping bag
Pipe out heaps of this yoke-mix into the egg whites
Garnish with paprika and serve
