Tiger prawns masala fry

A great way to cook Tiger prawns, this is easy and fried to perfection. A spicy filling renders it the heady flavour, a sure shot hit among seafood lovers!

Ingredients
7 tiger prawns
Salt, as required
2 tsp chopped curry leaves
2 dsp ginger
2 dsp chilli powder
½ tsp turmeric powder
8-10 garlic pods
1 tsp pepper powder
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
2 dsp lime juice
Oil, as required

Preparation
Take the tiger prawns and with a pair of kitchen scissors, cut open to the flesh through their outer skin
Clean the insides and take the veins off
To a mixer, add turmeric powder, pepper powder, chilli powder, ginger, garlic, fenugreek seeds and lemon juice. Grind to a coarse paste
Now, add chopped curry leaves and salt to the paste and blend well
Apply this masala in the inside of the slit tiger prawns
Lay them out on a plate and keep for half an hour
On a flat pan, pour oil
Lay the stuffed tiger prawns on the pan with the masala side facing down
Close and let cook
Flip when one side is cooked. Let the other side cook for a while too
Take off the stove, once it is ready
