Fried sweet balls made from a batter of mashed over ripe bananas and rice flour!

Ingredients
100 gms jaggery, grated
1 cup water
1 cup fine rice flour

1½ cup coconut, finely chopped and fried in ghee


½cup mashed ripe bananas


2 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp bicarbonate of soda

Preparation
Melt jaggery in 1 cup water and cook to make thick syrup.
Mix all the ingredients together thoroughly in a bowl to form a soft thick batter of dropping consistency. 
Drop spoonfuls of the batter into hot oil and deep fry till golden brown. 
If an unniyappam pan is available, fry batter in hot oil, turning over till both sides are golden brown.
