Ingredients
1 piece or 250 gms yam (cut into thin slices)
1 cup grated coconut
3 tbsp shallots (chopped)
½ cup coriander leaves
½ tbsp lemon juice
Salt as required
500 ml oil
Preparation
Heat oil in a pan
Add the yam slices and fry
In a bowl add grated coconut, chopped coriander leaves, shallots, salt and lemon juice
Mix well
Add this mixture to the fried yam and mix well
Serve with rice or roti.
