Ingredients
½ kg spinach
1 cup gram flour
Salt as required
½ tsp chilli powder
½ tsp asafoetida
500 ml oil
Preparation
Slice the spinach leaves thinly
Sprinkle the gram flour and mix well
Add salt and asafoetida
Toss everything together
Heat oil in a pan
Add the spinach leaves
Fry until crisp
Sprinkle chilli powder, mix well, and serve.
