Green gram dosa

A light and protein-rich dosa, this is a superb addition to the 'assorted dosas list' that runs on your mind for great breakfast options.

Ingredients
1 cup green gram (soaked overnight)
2 dsp urad dal/black gram
2 dsp white rice
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp green chillies, chopped
1 tbsp coriander leaves, chopped
Salt, as required

Preparation
In a mixer, take the green gram, black gram, rice, ginger, green chillies and coriander powder and grind to a smooth paste with a little water bringing it to the dosa consistency
Add enough salt and keep aside for half an hour
On a flat pan, spread the dough to make thin dosa
Flip and cook the other side when one side is done
Soft green gram dosas are ready to be relished
