Ingredients
1 bitter gourd
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 green chillies, thinly sliced
1 cup curd
Salt as required
Preparation
Split the bitter gourd into two, scrape off the seeds
Slice it thinly
Heat oil in a pan and fry the bitter gourd and green chillies in it
Beat the curd and add salt to it
Mix the fried bitter gourd and chillies in the curd and serve
