Chapathi has become the favourite food of those who are conscious about fitness and diet. Try out this recipe of extra healthy and soft chapathi in which water or milk isn’t added while preparing the dough.

Ingredients
½ cup sweet potato (cooked)
1 cup wheat flour
Salt as required

Preparation
The sweet potato should be mashed well. It could even be ground, into a paste like consistency, in a blender
The measurement of the mashed sweet potato should be half of that of the wheat flour
Mix the wheat flour, mashed sweet potato and salt into smooth dough
Allow the dough to rest for at least 10 minutes
Make small balls from the dough and flatten it using a rolling pin
Heat up a pan and cook the chapathis.

Notes
Add a bit of ghee, if required, while cooking the chapathis. Though sweet potatoes are added, the chapathi tastes the same as regular ones. However, these are loaded with vitamins and nutrients.
