Vermicelli milk ice is a special sweet treat that would take us back to the beautiful memories of our childhood. Check out this amazingly easy recipe of vermicelli milk ice or popsicles.

Ingredients
2 cups milk
2 tbsp vermicelli
4 tbsp condensed milk
¼ tsp vanilla essence / cardamom powder
¼ cup sugar

Preparation
Boil the milk and into it add vermicelli, sugar, condensed milk, vanilla essence / cardamom powder.
Boil until the vermicelli is cooked well.
Allow the vermicelli €“ milk mix to cool down before pouring it into moulds.
Keep these moulds in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
Take it out of the mould carefully and enjoy.

Notes
The popsicles could be made in an ice tray if you don’t have moulds.
