1 cup thick rice flakes
2 green chillies
1 tsp ginger
2 tbsp coriander leaves
Wash the rice flakes and drain them
Heat oil in a pan and splutter mustard seeds and cumin
Roast the peanuts
Now add the onion, ginger, green chillies and potatoes
Cook the veggies for some time
Add some lemon juice
Mix well and turn off the flame
Garnish with coriander leaves.
