Oats Bhaji and Apple Chutney make for an irresistible combo. Let's see how to make them.

Oats Bhaji 
Ingredients
 
2 cup oats
¾ cup gram flour 
2 green chillies
1 garlic clove
1 tsp chopped ginger
1 tsp chilli powder
Salt to taste
Sufficient turmeric 
Preparation 
Mix all ingredients together, add water and knead well to form the bhaji dough
When the oil boils in a bowl, fry the bhaji in small sizes

Apple chutney 
Ingredients

Half green apple
½ cup grated coconut 
2 shallots
1 tbsp curd
2 green chillies
1 piece ginger
1 stalk curry leaves
Salt to taste
Preparation
Grind all the ingredients except coconut and curd
Then add coconut and grind well again
Add enough curd and salt and Apple chutney is ready.
