Nutritious aval milk

Aval milk is a healthy and filling drink made using flattened rice and other amazing ingredients. This could make the perfect meal that is packed with nutrients. Check out the recipe.

Ingredients
1 cup flattened rice
2 glass milk
2 palayankodan bananas
4 biscuits
10 cherries
10 raisins
A few cashews
2 spoons boost (or any other instant energy drink powder)
2 tsp sugar

Preparation
Dry roast the flattened rice
Boil the milk and allow it to cool down
Mash the bananas
Add all these ingredients into a big glass
Add the mashed bananas as the base
Then add the roasted flattened rice
Sprinkle crumbled biscuits on top
Now add the rains, cashews and cherries
Add the instant energy drink powder
Add more mashed bananas and flattened rice on top
Finally, add the cold milk
Garnish with some more cherries, cashews and raisins
Enjoy the tasty aval milk.
