Mulberry leaf stir fry

Ingredients
1 cup mulberry leaves with stalks
1 tsp coconut oil
Mustard seeds
¼ cup coconut milk
5 bird-eye chillies
2 shallots
Turmeric powder
Salt as required

Preparation
Finely chop the mulberry leaves
Heat coconut oil and splutter mustard seeds
Add the mulberry leaves
Cover the lid and cook for three minutes on low flame
Crush the coconut, shallots, bird-eye chillies and turmeric powder
Add this mixture into the stir fry
Mix well
Cook for two more minutes
Finally, add salt as required.
