2 cups/ half litre milk
1 tbsp curd
Hot water

Preparation

Boil the milk and allow it to cool down
Add the curd when the milk is lukewarm
Mix well
Pour hot water in a casserole
Insert the vessel with the curd in it
Close the lid
Curd will be ready to have in just half-an-hour.
