Ingredients
2 chapathis
2 tsp butter
2 eggs
2 tsp tomato ketchup
1 small onion
¼ tsp pepper powder
½ bell pepper
Salt as required
Preparation
Chop the onion and bell pepper
Add the eggs, salt and butter
Beat well
Heat oil in a pan
Pour the beaten egg mixture and make omelette
Spread butter on a chapathi
Place the omelette
Add tomato ketchup too
Place another chapathi which is spread with butter and ketchup on top
Now roll the chapathis
Use an oil paper to easily roll the chapathi
Delicious chapathi – butter roll is ready.
