Bored of your regular breakfast routine? Try a variety potato dumpling, if you are in the mood to try a European style breakfast.

This is a simple preparation that's also called Silesian dumplings, that's native to Germany and Poland. Also, it's often said that potatoes, that are rich in carbs, vitamin c, various minerals and more, are best eaten for breakfast. Check out the recipe.

Ingredients
2 potatoes
2 ½ cups potato starch
3 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp chilli powder
¾ tsp crushed garlic
3 tbsp hot oil

Preparation
Cook and mash the potatoes
Mix potato starch into this
Add water if required
Mix well into sift dough
Make small balls and make a small depression on them with your thumb
Cook them in hot water
Rinse the fried dumplings in regular water
Mix the dumplings in soy sauce, chilli powder, sugar, crushed garlic and hot oil
Potato dumplings taste best when served hot.
