Fenugreek milk is an excellent remedy to tackle diseases during monsoon. The immunity that we gain from our daily meals plays a significant role in staying healthy. Here is how to prepare delicious and healthy fenugreek milk, which can be added to your healthy meal plan.
Ingredients
3 tbsp fenugreek
250 gms palm sugar
½ cup water
1 cup coconut milk
Preparation
Wash the fenugreek and soak it for at least seven hours
Cook the soaked fenugreek in a pressure cooker until three whistles
Meanwhile, melt the palm sugar by boiling it with ½ cup of water
Strain the jaggery syrup and set it aside
After the cooked fenugreek cools down, grind them in the big mixer jar
Add the jaggery syrup
Blend well
Now add the coconut milk too
Give everything a good mix.
