Rich and creamy paneer mango curry: Perfect with breads and rice

A delicious, great source of protein, paneer is loved by both vegetarian and non-vegetarian cuisine fans. Have you ever tried paneer- mango curry, which is a yummy blend of raw mangoes, garlic, tomatoes, thick coconut milk, and more with cheese? Ingredients
250 gms paneer
Coconut oil to fry
10 gms ginger
10 gms garlic
15 gms green chilies
15 gms tomatoes
15 gms onion
Salt as required
5 gms turmeric powder
10 gms shallots
5 gms coriander powder
3 gms chilly powder
150 gms raw mangoes
100 ml thick coconut milk
4 gms mustard seeds
4 dried chillies
3 gms curry leaves

Preparation
Cut the paneer into slices and fry them in coconut oil
Heat oil in another pan
Sauté shallots, ginger, and garlic
Add tomatoes and the masala powders
Sauté until the raw smell of the powders is gone
Pour some water; allow it to boil
Now add the raw mangoes and fried paneer
Cook well
Add the thick coconut milk
Mix well and turn off the flame
Meanwhile, heat coconut oil in a small pan
Splutter mustard seeds
Sauté dried chillies, green chillies, curry leaves and shallots
Pour this tempering into the paneer curry
Give everything a good mix
Delicious paneer – mango could be enjoyed with rice, chapati, or roti.
