Try this instant fenugreek dosa that doesn’t contain urad dal

Consuming dishes cooked with fenugreek is excellent during the monsoon season. It is easy to prepare instant fenugreek dosa, without adding urad dal in the batter. Fenugreek dosa could be consumed for breakfast or dinner. Check out the recipe.

¼ glass fenugreek
1 glass of raw rice
Water as required
¼ tsp salt
3 tbsp sesame oil

Wash the fenugreek and soak it for at least six hours
The soaking water could be used to grind the batter
The raw rice too should be soaked for two hours
Grind the soaked fenugreek and raw rice in a mixing jar into a smooth batter
Add salt and enough water
Mix well
Pour a ladle full of batter on a greased pan
Make delicious dosa
Fenugreek dosa could be enjoyed along with jaggery or regular coconut chutney.
